New in My Autumn Wardrobe

When it comes to fashion, Autumn is the season I’m most excited for. All the colours, prints and fabrics, I just can’t get enough of them! I’ve decluttered my wardrobe quite a lot recently. Simply because my style has changed a lot in the past few years and there were a lot of clothes I no longer used. The items in this post are a few things I’ve ended up picking up for my new and improved autumn wardrobe!

My go to items for Autumn are, of course, jumpers. If you follow me on Instagram, you might have already seen my first jumper purchase of the season in this photo. It’s a 2-way jumper from Cubus in a purple shade. I love it because it’s extremely soft and you can wear it 2 ways, as a v-neck or a round neck which is so handy!

Before this year, I didn’t think that grey really suited me which is kind of funny as now all I want in my wardrobe are grey jumpers and coats. Even my room is slowly starting to fill with grey furniture and decor. This grey high neck jumper from Gina Tricot is a basic autumn wardrobe essential in my opinion. It’s really warm and you can style it with basically anything!

To add some colour to my otherwise black and white selection, I also bought a colourful jumper from Gina Tricot. It has four large stripes, all different warm colours from orange to purple. I’ve already worn it multiple times! It’s one of those items that I see myself using until it has broken in more than one place.

In addition to jumpers, I’ve also expanded my t-shirt collection this season. The white one pictured is from Zara. I really liked the slogan “thank you for attention” because it’s witty and fun! I also grabbed a few white slogan t-shirts from Cubus. They’re organic cotton which is something I’m trying to pay a lot more attention to at the moment and in the future.

When it comes to accessories and shoes, I like to go for simple yet chic. My favourite boots have almost completely fallen apart so I thought it was time to get a new pair. I chose these Xit real leather boots. They’re exactly what I was looking for and they should last longer than my last pair since they’re leather. The detailing is really simple and medium height is something I look for in shoes for autumn as it helps keep my feet warm.

The necklace you might have spotted around the grey high neck jumper is from Glitter. It’s sterling silver and I absolutely adore the simple design. It basically looks like a ring that has been pierced from both sides with the chain.

My favourite accessory purchase is hands down my new Zara ba!. I love my large Ted Baker tote but since it is really big, I wanted to get something similar but in a smaller size. The Zara Mini Tote is perfect! The only thing is that it doesn’t have any pockets or compartments inside which I did find a bit strange. I absolutely love the detailing though and the long strap lets you free your hands if needed.

The other accessories are scrunchies. The velvet one, which is from Gina Tricot, was actually a gift with purchase. I love it because it’s really simple but the velvet and large size make it more of a statement piece. The other one with the two “tails” is from Glitter. As soon as I saw it on their newsletter, I knew I had to get one! It’s so easy to make all kind of different hairstyles with it. You can wrap it in your bun, put your hair in a ponytail and make a bow with it – you just have to use your imagination really!
