Unboxing | Livbox May Edition

The theme for Livbox this month was "Summer is a party". I really liked this month's Livbox even though it kind of wasn't for me... Read more below.

Dove Deeply Nourishing body wash (2,45€/250ml) 55ml sample - I think this body wash sounds great for Summer as it's supposed to be very moisturising and make your skin extremely soft. I also like the scent, it's very fresh and summerlike.

Lumene Shimmering BB Body Lotion (14,90€/150ml) - This is one of those products that I'm going to use only when I get tanned. It gives your skin a nice glow and it smells like oranges!

La Roche-Posay Eau Thermale Spring Water (10€/150ml) 50ml sample - I love this product and I've used it about 6 months now so this was nothing new to me. It feels very refreshing and it soothes irritated skin. I have two bottles of this already though so I ended up giving this one to my best friend.
Naturel Nail Cover Stickers (3,90€)- I love the idea of nail stickers. I have only used them ones but I think they're an amazing alternative for false nails which I personally find hard to use. I do wish Livbox would have only used the more brighter colours as there was 13 different stickers available which were packed randomly inside every box. I won't probably be using these before AW time...

Nivea Lip Butter Coconut (3,45€) - This lip butter is apparently like "Summer in a jar". It does smell like coconut but I don't know if I connect Summer and coconut together, for me flowers and the sea smell like Summer. I'm also drowning in different lip balms so this product probably just isn't for me.

Max Factor Colour Elixir Giant Pen Stick (11,90€) - I love this lipstick. It feels so moisturising and soft on the lips. Also the colour is just perfect, not too sheer, not too strong. However, I got the lightest shade Couture Blush 10 which doesn't suit me that well. It's a very light pink shade and I feel that it washes me out.

I also received a pencil sharpener by Max Factor which I found very much needed as my last one didn't really sharpen anything anymore.

What do you think about this beauty box?

  1. It seems like a pretty good box, although I can understand why you felt it wasn't a good fit for you. It sucks when you like the formula of a product, but it's in the wrong shade. Same with the nails. That's the only sucky part is that color pairings can be kind of hit or miss.
